Swan 80 Conquistador has just had a service, including a hydraulic package and mast jack, carried out on her mast. We were competitive in supplying a Lewmar windlasss system which we shipped to Turkey and assembled in situ.
The Reckman furler unit was sent for servicing, and as an added extra the carbon steering wheels were repaired, repainted and a carbon effect leather handgrip sewn on the rim.
The yacht which was formerly called Astro and also Malagaya was built in 2000, and all through her life Marine Results has taken care of her rig. The team, working with OYS, decided that this time around the majority of composite stays needed to be upgraded to ensure long term reliability and smooth performance. The work was completed in the summer of 2012 and Conquistador is now back enjoying her busy sailing schedule.
